First things first, these are little stands for a 3rd generation echo dot units. Are they sturdy? Well who knows? I'm not in the habit of knocking the echo's around! Do they fit? Yes. Does it improve the sound quality? Not that I've noticed, let's face it, if you bought an echo dot expecting quality sound from it when listening to music then you were always going to be disappointed. What these things do is tidy up the cable a little bit and make it easier to see any lights flashing if a message, phone call or notification has arrived! I never saw them when the unit was flat, other than at night, as things always hid them from my view, but then I'm an untidy soul, well now they don't. Are they worth the money? Well for my reasons of purchase it is a resounding yes.

Well it's a stand that stands, it holds Alexa perfectly so it does what's expected from it. I like it and it raises Alexa up for better voice pick up. As we have ours on the TV stand it did have a tendency to not always hear us in certain situations, but now that it's pointing more towards us it's much better.Yes the downside is the price, and for what you actually receive it really should be half the price as it's only a single piece of moulded plastic, but it does the job.

It gives a different sound, slightly echoing sounding, not worth the money for what it is. Not that stable, easily knocked over

Great addition to my echo dot. It lessens the footprint while making it mor visible.it does not detract from the sound quality, in fact I think it enhances it. It is a little expensive for what it is but they are all around the same price, if not a little more expensive. I will definitely be buying another one for my other echo.

To be honest the wall mount holder is better in the kitchen for me, but useless for my needs in the lounge. This is because the wall mounted version has a cable tidy and means less clutter on the top whereas the desk stand uses more space and you have to tidy the cables.However the table and desk top version (this item) was perfect in the lounge, Alexa is more responsive, the sound is better than sat flat on the fire place and it has an appealing look.In conclusion both models are great but think carefully about where you are going to site your Echo

I did not want my Dot echoes to be laid flat on the top, sco I bought them each a stand. This does improve the sound quality and there is less chance of them getting damaged. I did find the stands expensive for the size of them.

I do like Dot Echo's stand. Unfortunately because my device is white I had to order white one, which was more expensive than black one. Although it is slightly different design, I do like it. What I do not like, is price considering that stand is not some high quality, complicated product.

I bought this for my echo dot as it was taking up too much space on my bedside table alone for anything else to fit. This is exactly what I was after and the sound quality is much better as it is projected evenly than before. It takes up less space and looks perfect sitting on the side.
