Looks handsome , - and works great too, so far! Installation was no problem as my contractor said , and the flow is very nice . We regulated it to the minimum so it does not splash (cause you don't really need a full waterfall to brush teeth), - so it's perfect , very calming, chirping like a little creek , we love it . So far no residue or water marks , stays clean. Handle is nice to touch ,easy to regulate, and overall looks and feels very nice. Great for kids too (if you regulate a water flow limit) + they won't overflow your bathroom and everyone in the family enjoys this.

Defective Product > Leaking Valve Body > Contacted VIGO Warranty Service and they have a Limited Lifetime written Warranty; however, they will Not Honor their warranty even though they agree and confirm the Defect! They say the warranty only covers the glass! There is No Glass in/on this Product!

Just make sure your plumber knows that these will be coming out of wall. And also make sure they are the correct height on the wall so they come out over the sink at a standard level. We bought two for a new bathroom remodel over double sinks. We get compliments all the time. They are beautiful!

Beautiful but water flow is very slow

It’s solid, well made, beautiful but it barely fills a tub! Read the flow rate before buying this. They did return it without any entanglements, which is classy.

We used these faucets on the first reno we did, and they were a game changer! Everyone complimented them and were so impressed with how well they worked and looked. Our contractor/father-in-law had slight difficulty installing them but was able to figure it out within a few hours. They were packaged great. No scratches everything included. Very well done.

We haven’t installed these yet, but my husband is a contractor and he is impressed with the quality. Very heavy duty and beautiful!

Great product and quality

I wish Vigo would have mentioned something about waterfall faucet installation. Beautiful faucet but keep in mind that with a waterfall faucet the water flow outward before coming down. You cannot just align the the end of spout to the center of the bowl drain as a guide or water will splash. I had to move my bowl 3" forward from drain center and lower my water pressure on the shutoff valve. That worked perfectly for me. Hopefully i can add an image at a later date.

Can’t tell you about operation of the unit as it has yet to be turned on. Installed only at this time.
