An excellent piece of kit. Arrived promptly and was easy to assemble single-handed (although a second pair of hands would have been helpful at a couple of points). Adding water was straightforward with the funnel and siphon provided, but a starter supply of water purification tablets would have been appreciated. The instruction manual for the control panel were some distance from intuitive, but a bit of perseverance and a lot of trial and error soon sorted it out. All in all, a great, if expensive, solution for my GWS (gym withdrawal syndrome).

Arrived late. The rower was fairly easy to assemble, although one of the holes for the plate holding the seat had not been drilled through, so the seat is only held on with 3 screws. It was great for a couple of days, lovely to row with the water blade, but then the belt came off. It has been almost impossible to thread back and now sounds like it is rubbing all the time and the computer has stopped working. Really disappointed after such an expensive investment.
