Almost perfect…
Fit OEM Sig P365 magazines without any problems. But they DO NOT fit the bottom of the ProMag P365 , be warned. I’m just disappointed the description didn’t mention compatibility issues.

The base plate Sig should have used
This base plate adds about 3/8” to the length of the magazine and has a nice pinky rest. I can now completely grip the gun and not worry about my pinky lining off during recoil. The stippling matches the grip well. The fit is excellent. Tight on the magazine and conforms well to the grip. If you have large hands like me and are having problems holding your P365, this add on is for you.

Did not pass....
I ran my litany of tests for my arm's magazines. The results are as follows...Arm In Question: P365XLMagazine type: 2 Sig Sauer Mags (one enclosed with the arm, the other purchased separately) 9mm Staggered Round, Double Stack 12 Round Capacity Box Magazines. Results:Factory base plate replacement: Fail; different base plate grips gave different levels of difficulty ranging from easy slip on to almost banging the grip on an edge to seat the Pearce like base plate with extended grip.Removing these base plates: Fail; regardless the ease of installation, all base plates were extremely difficult to remove.Magazine Well Seating: Fail; 2 of the grips were assessed. One seated with extra force than the standard base plate. The second did not seat at all short of using your weapon as a hammer against a solid surface.Chambering: Minor pass; for the magazine that did manage to seat with one of these extended grip base plates, racking the weapon was very difficult from the extra tension given from these.Feeding: Pass; Racking the slide, simulating firing cycle post "firing" showed no flaw in clambering the next round for follow on shots.Reload trustability: Fail; As stated in the "Magazine Well" result portion, one magazine seated properly with more than usual force. The second did not seat at all without slamming the magazine against a fixes surface.Overall Grade: FailReason: Though replacing a base plate can take a little wear down to "break them in", this should not impede the ability to reload. Replacing the base plate should have some degree of uniformity in the difficulty to alternate (if sold as a bunch or lot); quality control is key. The base plate should not add extra tension to the interior mag spring to the point where chambering a weapon is made more difficult or the weapon will not feed directly into battery (slide not going fully forward during the clambering portion of the cycle of fire). Also, two factory magazines from the same company should have the accompaniment of base plates of the kind. Should a reload be needed, there is no reason the back up magazine doesn't feed because of a base plate from the same company in the same lot purchased.Misc.: These test were done with all four base plate grip extensions on two factory, 12 round Sig Sauer P365XL magazines (one enclosed with the arm, the other purchased separately.

Fits intended purpose nicely
These fit nicely and provide a much needed extension allowing for pinky rest. I ended up with four (4) original mags with extensions, but the fifth one is sporting one of these. And guess what, it fits me better than the OEM.This is a no brainer upgrade for t he P365 magazines.
