Bought this as a gift for my niece and was pleasantly surprised by the high quality craftsmanship of the packaging material and the actual items. This box is pretty enough to put a bow on and all it a day. The cup and tea bag holder are heavy ceramic and appear to be very durable and well-made. The tea bags smell wonderful, reminds me of what a Cracker Barrel gift shop smells like. I’m sure she’ll love them. Great gift.

Edit: Tea Forte reached out to me and refunded my money. Excellent customer service. I will give them another try. Cup was broken upon arrival. No returns even if damaged. Don't chance it. Super disappointed.
