This isn't the first brand of nose strips I've tried, but it will be the last. These do genuinely open up my nostrils, helping me breath much better. I wear them every night to sleep, and even sometimes during normal daily activities. My sleep feels more restful, and it's honestly just really nice to feel able to breathe normally.

To use these constantly would cost nearly 200 quid a year. I've tried this type of strip before and been quite non-plussed when they fell off in the middle of the night and I found it stuck to some other body part, so had low expectation of this product. I am happy to say that I was completely wrong!The instructions for these tell you to clean your nose before application but I moisturise my face before bed and am not willing to give that up, so followed the rest of the instructions and held it in place for 30 seconds. The strip then felt secure and I noticed an instant reduction in breathing resistance. I also mouth tape at night so the increase of air intake via my nose is welcome. In the morning when I woke up, the strip was still in place and well stuck and even with my moisturised face it took some effort and care to remove it without damaging my skin. On checking my sleep app I noticed that there was a huge reduction in recorded nasal snoring so from a sleep point of view they get top marks.My next test was exercise whilst using a strip. This obviously only makes a difference if you nose breathe during exercise, if you are mouth breathing it would be pointless. I have been consciously moving to nasal breathing during aerobic exercise but sometimes still find that during hard efforts I can't get enough air so was pleasantly surprised to find that these strips solve that problem and the reduction in air resistance is incredible. I also had no issues with them coming loose due to sweating either, having tested them on 2-3 hour indoor cycling events they have stayed put completely, so I am very impressed with them.Overall I think these strips are great. A bit expensive at £15.95 for a pack of 30 which won't last very long if you are using them for both sleep and exercise like me. For the difference that they have made for me, I still think that they are worth the cost and would definitely get them again.

I used these types of nose strips before when having a stuffy nose due to a cold or allergies - there is only so long you can use a nasal spray for, after all, and these have come in handy, especially at night.I find these Air Max strips to be better construction and quality than name brands I used before - the strip itself seems softer, whilst still retaining that rigid bridge needed to open the nostrils. Also, as you can see in my picture, they have these 'tiered' cuts, making the whole design more 3d and better fitting on the nose.Sticking them on and taking off wasn't an issue and I had no bad reaction to the glue.At 50 per one or so, it's not something you'd use daily, but it's a small price to pay for a night of restful sleep when the need arises.

I have sinus issues so breathing at night can be a struggle. I made sure my face was clean and applied the strip and held it in place for at least 30 seconds. As soon as I let go I felt my nostrils open up and I could breathe much better than I usually do. You can physically see the nostrils being pulled by the strip. They do work but at .53p each it's not something I can afford to use every night.

I didn't expect much from these but with my snoring starting to bother my better half I decided to give them a shot. After attaching one I admit I could feel an instance increase in airflow, they do work in so far as they make it easier to breath through your nose, but, that's it. Not that they are advertised to do anything else but they didn't stop my snoring and whilst I appreciate they did improve airflow (which has got to be a good thing) ultimately they didn't do what they are marketed to do, at least, not for me.
