The case is completely protected, the problem is no one can hear on the other end of the phone call, it’s muffled so bad from the case. I really wanted to love it bc it is very heavy duty but people can’t hear. I had bought two one for each of our phones and they are both like that unfortunately.

I like it how it looks except it locks the sound making an echo inside the case. Also it doesn’t protect the glass if it’s drop and the corner of something hits the middle of the screen. So I put a glass protector under the case and it makes it hard to click on anything. Also if you need to take out your case in a hurry you can’t if you don’t have the key to the case all the time. My daughter test it in water and it did kept the inside dried.

Bought the new iPhone XR for my grandson and he picked out this case. He had too much trouble removing his earbuds with this case on, so we returned it. To be fair, I will say that we purchased a glass (?) cover that attached directly to the glass on the phone, at the AT&T store. Perhaps, this extra protection made the case not fit perfectly/properly?

I bought this case because I'm really hard on cases. First got it and love the size and weight. I did not like the fact I had trouble hearing because of the front screen protector. Well since i do not care if it is waterproof I cut the screen out and replaced it with a nice glass one. I also removed the bottom cover (once again not really caring about the waterproof) and it has better sound. the case has a large raised lip around the front and does not feel bulky. In short love the case just needed some simple modifications to fit my needs.

The good:Love this case. I’ve been using the same case on my iPhone 7. I work in construction so I need full protection for my overpriced iPhone.The bad:Screen protector has scratches out of the box :(.

This case has a very bad sound quality. It does not work with my wireless charger. It is a pain to get on and off. Very hard to make phone calls with. The case does not even line up correctly with my phone. It also looked darker blue in the picture.

Only thing I found wrong with this phone case is the front screen protector has to have the hole cut out for the ear piece or u have very low volume..I use it on my Iphone XR & I like it.

This case protect the entire I phone from dirt, liquids and easy to hold on to when using. High recommend for active people or people who work outside as the phone is protected in this case.

Great solid case very similar design and quality to lifeproof case but less than 1/3 the price. This is my second one. I only replaced the first because the side buttons on case wore out a bit so I couldn’t always get it to work when needed. Still lasted about a year and replacing is so cheap. Phone was in pristine condition when I swapped cases and I’m really rough with my phone. Stands up to rain, getting dropped on concrete dust and all around rough use. I’ve had the very similar lifeproof case and this is just as good for a fraction the price and I’m not the type to rave about any product

I bought this mainly to use in indoor swimming pool. Was excited to use it and see the video quality, but this product failed basic test. I submerged it in a bowl of water and was able to see water seeping in (very slowly) from the sections for speaker and apple logo. Left it in the bowl for 30 min and you can see the outcome. This is a picture after i wiped clean/dry the outer body with paper towel.Build quality looks good though.Returning the item.

Good quality case but when you answer a phone call can’t hear the other person speak. Doesn’t have the one way screen to replace the plastic. I won’t buy another one and won’t prefer other to also

Bigger then pictured, sounds is Terrible through case can’t hear or be herd with case on pulled it off back to the old case after a week
