Young again!
As a teenager in the sixties, I played this until the vinyl wore out, and I was surprised to find it unavailable in Apple Music, Spotify, or Tidal. But Amazon had a (mildly used) CD in stock. I am young again! After all these years I still find the Kirby Stone Four to be crisp, smooth and witty. OK, kitschy too by today’s standards. Very enjoyable!

I tossed it
One very good song, Baubles, Bangles, and Beads. The rest is just irritating. Stick with The Ray Charles Singers, The Anita Kerr Singers, or The Pied Pipers if you want men and women singing together. Forget this one.

Fantastic toe tapping music
This is definitely a 5 star cd. It brings back such good memories and every song is upbeat. Puts me in a great mood every time that I play it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!

Phoenix
This hard to obtain cd is a delight. Much of the KIrby stone Four sounds a little dated but nevertheless that was the sound of the time.

Classic 1950's Pop Vocals!
Although "Baubles, Bangles and Beads" is their best known recording and a great record, my favorite on this CD was their version of "Lullaby of Broadway." Love the use of the baritone sax blending in with the voices of the group - it is a fresh sound too.

50's 60's come alive
if you grew watching the Ed Sullivan show, Garry Moore, Perry Como or other variety shows, this is the kind of music that you heard. This foursome does a nice job of blending there harmonies with big band music and backup singers. Its pre-Beatles music at its finest.

GREAT HARMONIES
A vocal group that was different from the other groups of the era in that their harmonies were bouncy and complex. Beautiful arrangements and great singing.John Walsh
