I bought this item on jULY 29th and it broke on October 25th Is there is a recurse for returning this item?

Need to help lift lift you.
Hubby is 250lbs and has parkinsons. I believe its for more mobile people that can help the lift. It broke so I sent it back 2 weeks ago but have not yet received a refund.

This device is junk
This device and those similar are pieces of worthless plastic and a motor that would not lift a chihuahua.I did not purchase it from Amazon, but received mine through the VA. They hand them out like popcorn and always go for the cheapest low bid. What can I say it’s a Medline.
