These capsules are really big...biggest capsules I've ever encountered. I never had problems swallowing capsules before these ones. Even my husband complained about them being big. They work well but the size makes me hate them. Will not buy this brand again.

Fish oil soft gels are a good product to replace turmeric curcumin. I started taking Lexapro for anxiety, so my doctor said I couldn't take the fish oil anymore because it would have a negative effect.
